1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the scatterlink platform — including games, sports betting, eBingo, fish games, casino, and any associated features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of scatterlink after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility

To create and use a scatterlink account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

3 Account Registration & KYC

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on scatterlink. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine contact number. Before any real-money deposit or withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Accepted IDs include:

• PRC ID

KYC verification typically completes within one to two business days. scatterlink may request additional documents if the initial submission is insufficient for verification purposes. Real-money gameplay and transactions remain restricted until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on scatterlink are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no foreign currency conversion at any stage.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. These are the only supported funding channels. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on this platform.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible . Players must ensure that the account name on their GCash, Maya, or bank account matches the name on their verified scatterlink account. Withdrawals to accounts under a different name will not be processed.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the relevant pages within your account dashboard. Processing times vary by payment method — GCash and Maya transfers are typically faster than bank transfers, which may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

scatterlink offers various promotions across game categories from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms, eligibility conditions, wagering requirements, and timeframes that are published on the Promotions page at the time each offer is active.

General rules that apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PHP to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without meeting applicable wagering requirements.
• scatterlink reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds that do not meet wagering requirements may be voided at scatterlink's discretion.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

scatterlink provides access to slots, live casino games, sports betting, eBingo, fish games, and other gaming categories. All games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. Live casino games are broadcast in real time from professionally managed studios.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your scatterlink login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account details with any other person under any circumstances.

scatterlink protects all platform connections with SSL encryption and requires OTP verification for login and certain account actions. However, the security of your own device and credentials remains your responsibility.

• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact scatterlink support immediately via live chat.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the platform.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, or match fixing.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or platform features in a manner inconsistent with normal player activity.
• Placing bets through automated tools, bots, or scripts.
• Ineligibility — including underage registration or registration from a restricted jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance arising directly from the violating activity may be voided.
